Is there a deposit needed?

  • No there is not. Payments are accepted in cash or check. You may make payments ahead of time, but it is not required.

 

   

What are the space requirements?

  • About a 2 car driveway is an acceptable size for a jumper. For a more specific measurement, just add 4 feet in width and 7 feet in length to the size of the jumper.

 

   

What is your rental time?

  • Hours of operation are usually from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. You can still make special arrangements if you still need it past our last pick-up time.
    

How long does it take to set up?

  • Set ups are approximately 15 minutes.

  

How can I trust you'll show up?

  • We take pride in letting our customers know that we are a reliable company. If you have any doubts please feel free to ask other fellow customers about us.
    

Where are your delivery boundaries?

What time is delivery and pick up?

  • Delivery and pick up are vary- we deliver fifteen minutes to half an hour before your rental time start. Our pick up time is arranged by deliver driver.
   

Can you keep jumpers overnight?

  • Yes, overnight arrangements can be arranged, but if for any reason we have reason to believe that our property is in risk of danger or theft, we may take it back.
   

What if it rains?

  • We will call you ahead of time for weather concerns. There will be no charge for cancelations due to weather.
   

Can you set up your jumpers in parks?

  • Yes, but please call for verifications. Generators are required for parks without electricity. We have rentals or you may bring your own.
   

How early do I need to make reservations?

  • For our standard jumpers, 2-4 weeks before the scheduled date is the recommended time. Last minutes are accepted, but are not guaranteed.
   

How much space do you need to bring a jumper in?

  • For a standard jumper, a 36" gate is fine, while a 48" is the recommended space for much bigger jumpers.

Can you set up on my driveway?

  • A two-car driveway is enough space for a jumper. Although we recommend flat surfaces, a slight slope is still acceptable, we will just have to work around it.
  

Is there a specific type of surface required to place the jumper on?

  • We set up on asphalt, concrete, lawn, and dry grass.
  • We do not set up on dirt or muddy areas.
   

Does the jumper run on electricity? If so, how much does it use?

  • Yes, it does. We provide a 50/100 cord extension, but a standard 110V outlet is needed, near the area. It takes about 14 cents of electricity per hour.
   

Do you deliver on holidays?

  • Yes, but advance notices are required.

Do you have insurance?

  • Yes, we carry 1 million commercial liability insurance.
